How will I know when my package is arriving?

At the bottom of each page, we tell you when each product is estimated to arrive. We also send a tracking number on each confirmation email once an item has been purchased. Using this tracking number, you can then track your order found at the footer of each page under links.

Are your brushes cruelty free?

This is very important to us, so yes!! All products are cruelty free and not tested on animals in any way. All of our products and brushes are also vegan Friendly. The bristles on our brushes are all made from soft synthetic properties.

How do I wash my brushes?

We recommend washing your brushes with a brush cleaning solution. However, a mild soap or cleanser works just as well. If used everyday we recommend washing once a week as clean brushes make for a smoother makeup application. Keep an eye on our blog for further advice on keeping your brushes clean!

How long does UK shipping take?

Shipping take 1-3 business days to deliver. All Items are sent Via Royal Mail Tracked 48

 

How long does International shipping take?

Most of our products take 6-7 business days. We also can not wait for you to receive your orders, which is why we provide tracking numbers to ease your mind until your order arrives. 😉

How do I track my order?

you will get a confirmation email provided with tracking number. You will use that number along with your email address to log in and track your delivery. This can be found at the footer of our page under "links".

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders orders are processed the same day and dispatched the next working day. For International orders, our fulfilment partners dispatch products as soon as possible. Please allow up to 2 days for our warehouse to process your orders. 

Will my items come together or separately?

For multiple orders, all items will come together. If for any reason we have to send you items separately, we will notify you of this.

Where are you based?

We are based in the UK 

Do you offer gift wrapping? 

yes we do! Large orders are gift wrapped in boxes and small orders are still gift wrapped in mailers

 

 Can I send order a gift for a friend?

yes you can! You can make the billing and delivery address different. You can also write in the note box if you have any specific requirements and if you want to add a personalised delivery note to your order.
